The aim of HR Strategy Insights diagnostic is to look at people management on three different levels - Strategy, Communication and Finance. It also consideres policies and procedures and is designed to protect the business from wasted time and money.
The results of the diagnostic will show whether or not the strategic policies adoped by the organisation go far enough to protect it, but also ensure that the correct behaviour, level of efficiency and effectiveness is being achieved throughout the workforce.
Communication is considered, with "holes in communication channels" being identified. The results clearly highlight areas where communication can be improved, ensuring management and staff are all working towards the same goals, are kept well informed and are able to be part of the decision-making process.
The third area, Financial implications of getting it wrong and the devastating effect that this can have on a business is covered throughout the diagnostic. Policies will be assessed to ensure they are robust enough to ensure money is not wasted in the recruitment process, that training is "fit for Purpose" and that jobs are regularly reviewed to pomotoe job satisfaction, therefore reducing staff turnover.
