Lean Six Sigma
This Survey covers all areas of Operational Efficiency and Quality Assurance. The primary pupose being to provide an insight into an organisation's current level of efficiency and customer satisfaction, helping to identify which areas should be the focus of Lean activity for the greatest impact on business performance and customer satisfaction.
It will assist in the prioritisation of actions to improve quality, whilst demonstrating the need for change and building the case for change programmes that will make a real difference. It can also be used by an organisation to audit its suppliers against the same standards that they work towards, to identify where opportunities exist to make dramatic improvements.
