Winning Insights
This diagnostic is based on research carried out at Melbourne Business School and is based on the First XI Winning organisations, which is a best selling book. Over a 1,000 senior executives were involved in the research which was designed to ascertain the characteristics and practices that distinguish the best performing organisations over the long-term.
The purpose of this survey is to look at the most important issues faced by managers and leaders of winning organisaitons, being what are the ingredients for sustained above-average performance in a successful organisation?
It measures and benchmarks organisations against nine dimensions that "winning organisations" do differently, compared with other organisations.
It can be run with multiple levels of management in numerous departments and offices around the world, with the results showing multi-dimension comparisons.

What it does for you ...............
The aim of the diagnostic is to enable your organisation to:
- Easily and quickly assess (and optionally benchmark) your organizational performance, as compared to the practices identified by the First XI organisations; and,
- Identify opportunities to improve your organisation's performance, by focusing on the strategies and actions on key areas of importance, as identified through expert analysis of the quantitative and qualitative feedback from the diagnostic analysis.
The diagnostic is targeted at those people within an organisation who, collectively, should know most about how their organisation is performing and where to focus for future success; that is those in the leadership/management echelons of their organisation. Typically, the diagnostic is completed by the CEO, direct reports to the CEO, and the next level of management and optionally, but very importantly, members of the organisation's board of directors.
