Welcome to our first Newsletter of 2010 where we will introduce you to some new team members and associates, provide information that we hope is interesting and relevant and generally keep you updated with what's new at Taylored as well as some fun facts to ponder over..
2010 has started with a bang for us and we are excited about the future. During 2009 we spent a lot of time developing a new and better reporting structure, for our analysis software, as well as launching a new range of Business Insight Online Analysis tools, designed to assist companies address their performance issues in all areas.
We opened our first Subsidiary in Australia and sold through our Social Networking, to places as far a field as the Carribean. We have enhanced our marketing strategy to encapsulate new media marketing and in doing so have met some amazing people around the World.
We would like to take this opportunity to thank all our supporters and to wish everyone a very successful 2010 - the start of an exciting and prosperous new decade!
We have a unique way of working with our Associates, in that we offer an open invitation to actively engage with us on a Global basis, share work and assist them in developing their own professional practices.
We believe in an honest relationship that benefits both parties - we have the software and product range to help organisations identify their performance issues but don't offer the consultancy around it. Our Associates do that! This enables us to work closely with everyone providing a platform for consultants to use with their clients and when we are approached direct share the work with our Associate base. All of whom are highly accredited, specialists in their field and have experience of working at the sharp end of business - not just in consultancy.
We also work with our clients in an open and seamless way. Our offer is simple, we provide you with the tools to accurately analyse your business. We help you through the process and provide you with results that will make a real impact on your business. They are based on real-time, are factually, embody the opinions of those involved in your organisation and will provide you with a clear understanding of the top ten issues that need to be addressed. We help you to understand what the results mean and form an action plan for future development.
We don't push consultancy work on you, but if you require it after receiving the results, we will work with you to appoint the most appropriate person to help, by matching not just skills and expertise but personalities too.
Everything we do is client centric and focussed around the unique needs of each business and the personalities involved.
We have two new Insight Products available to help organisations in HR Management and Lean Six Sigma.
These have both been written by professionals in their field, who are also Associates of Taylored, and have been carefully tried and tested.
Human Resources Insight - Looks at all areas of people management and gives real-time, in-depth findings. This then enables a strategy to move the company and its processes forward.
Currently, in the UK, tribunal cases are up 47% and although employers think they are making the right decisions, cases are being awarded against companies because their procedures are not up to date. This is the main reason for developing this product, to help you save money, time and effort in the short to long term.
If you are not sure that your policies will protect you then this quick and simple survey will identify where your weaknesses lie, allowing you to quickly and efficiently plug these gaps. Our approach in this field could save you thousands of lost revenue, year on year.
Lean Six Sigma Insight - Designed to assist companies become more lean in their processes and procedures. This is not just for the manufacturing organisations, but any company who is serious about adding to their bottom line profit.
Our unique approach captures the views of everyone involved in a business, providing a comprehensive overview of where the business is. Strengths, weaknesses and the resultant “Performance Gaps” are identified and used as a foundation to create winning strategies for performance improvement.
"The most important thing is that our approach is affordable for organisations large and small and does not involve high consultancy fees - You get the information you need to grow your business, without the high costs generally associated with this type of work."
